A women’s only event in support of women who live in poverty took place at Berkeley Church event venue Toronto in support of Fred Victor Women’s Shelter and Day Program.
Fred Victor held their annual fundraiser at The Berkeley Church on International Women’s day. The theme was Bollywood, with Bollywood dancers and beautiful inviting Bollywood decor.
There was a fun and visually stunning fashion show with clothing from 69 Vintage, fascinator hats by KC’s Hats by David Dunkley, shoes from Nine West.
The event was hosted by CBC News Network anchor Suhana Meharchand who had the crowds happy attention with her experienced and engaging storytelling.
The motto of The Fred Victor organization is “Helping people find place and purpose”. The event resonated with this clear and meaningful pursuit.
