165 members and friends of the Bauhub collected at Airship37 to explore the future of work. The event was aimed specifically at the challenges faced by independent knowledge workers, freelancers and entrepreneurs.
The design of The Bauhub is well thought out and engineered as Marc Stoiber articulates. “the unleashed worker – a group The Bauhub is being built to serve- is a huge opportunity that is emerging as it begins to define the future of work. Outsourcing gives a company access to a world of talent, the home office offers green/sustainability benefits; independent knowledge workers can have work/life slicing flexibility that improves focus, productivity and happiness. Opportunities abound on both supply and demand sides of the unleashed worker.”
The event went on throughout the day and into the night, including presentations, training seminars and break out sessions.
The Bauhub event was the perfect mix of business and social.
Berkeley catering provided a fresh menu with inventive selections that paralleled the innovative nature of the event.
The menu included some specialty not to be missed desserts.
